What you’ll be able to do
- Map a customer lifecycle with stages, entry triggers and the intervention appropriate to each moment.
- Build RFM and behavioural segments from raw order data and assign a differentiated treatment and sending pressure to each.
- Design onboarding and retention flows with defined exit conditions and suppression rules.
- Write a sunset policy and a winback flow, and price what continuing to message dormant contacts costs the rest of the list.
- Configure WhatsApp Business Platform messaging within template category, quality rating and opt-in constraints, and cost it per conversation.
- Implement a lead scoring model and a written sales–marketing service level agreement with both sides' obligations.
- Select and implement an automation platform on a scored requirement set and a three-year naira total cost of ownership.
- Diagnose and fix deliverability across authentication, reputation, list hygiene and content, and report it as a commercial number.
